Victoria Davis

MSW
psychotherapist

Sometimes in life, we find ourselves feeling stuck, carrying the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together. You may feel the pull for support but not know where to begin.

In therapy, Victoria offers a space where clients can slow down and show up as their authentic selves. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and walks alongside them as they explore the past and present, while providing tools to support them in building the future they want.

Victoria enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She helps individuals explore feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, or uncertainty, while supporting them in building clarity, stability, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally competent, identity-affirming, and strength-based. She integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

So often, people move through the world wearing masks and holding everything in. In this space, clients do not have to do that. Victoria understands the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and socially conscious environment where clients can let their guard down and feel comfortable being fully themselves.

Her goal is to offer a space where clients feel seen, supported, heard, and empowered to heal at their own pace. Therapy with Victoria is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. If you feel like this may be a good fit or have any questions, please reach out.

key beliefs:

  • Change is possible at any stage of your journey.

  • Every stage of healing holds value. If you’re not sure where to start or what you want yet, that’s okay.

  • Healing is a non-linear process of growing, learning, readjusting, and unlearning.

  • While therapy holds space for difficult chapters, it is also a place to rediscover joy, celebrate wins, and reconnect with what makes you feel alive.

more about me:

Before becoming a therapist, Victoria spent nearly a decade working in corporate business immigration law. That experience shaped her understanding of how people navigate stress, uncertainty, and major life transitions, and continues to inform her work today.

She has experience working in a domestic violence safe home, providing trauma-informed counseling and developing a program focused on emotional regulation, grounding, and connection through creative expression. She has also supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, specifically Black women and immigrant communities, navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and identity exploration.

Outside of therapy, Victoria enjoys staying active and creative. She spends time traveling abroad, reading, and boxing, and also enjoys crafting, attending concerts, trying new restaurants with friends, watching anime, reality TV, and movies, and making music. These interests reflect her belief in the importance of self-expression and creating space for movement, joy, and rest.
